Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been successfully received and verified.

During periods of high demand, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays whenever possible.


Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (if available)

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days

International delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures, local postal services, and destination country regulations.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Customers can track their order through the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email or through the Order Tracking page on our website.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Aura Living is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you discover an address error, please contact us immediately at support@auraliving.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered processing.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.

Aura Living is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier-related delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Customs delays

  • Delivery interruptions beyond our control

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. Our support team will make reasonable efforts to assist when possible.


International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT charges

  • Brokerage fees

  • Other government-imposed charges

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Aura Living is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.


Shipping Restrictions

Aura Living reserves the right to restrict shipping to certain locations, countries, regions, or addresses based on carrier limitations, legal requirements, or operational considerations.


Force Majeure

Aura Living shall not be held liable for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
