Return & Refund Policy

At Aura Living, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse

Aura Living reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Opened personal care products

  • Used wellness products

  • Consumable items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us process your request, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Upon review, Aura Living may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@auraliving.com.

  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions.

  4. Ship the item back using the provided instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are not refunded once an order has shipped.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Aura Living is not responsible for lost return packages.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Refund amounts may exclude:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Return shipping fees

  • Restocking fees (if applicable and permitted by law)


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.


Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to receive a package that is returned to Aura Living:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.

  • Additional handling fees may apply.


Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Aura Living first to attempt resolution of any order issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions and legal action where permitted by law.


Limitation of Liability

Aura Living reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not comply with this policy.

Nothing in this policy limits rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
